Sofas FAQs

Do you clean both fabric and leather sofas?–+

Yes, we do clean both fabric and leather cleaning. Moreover, at Cleanserv we specialize in all kind of upholstery cleaning services. We also use advanced techniques to ensure a thorough and deep clean. As a result, leaving your home or office spotless and fresh.

This depends entirely on its usage. However, as routine maintenance, manufacturers recommend cleaning the sofa at least once a year. Therefore, to keep them in optimum condition.

Carpets FAQs

Do you clean carpets onsite ?–+

At Cleanserv, we are committed to providing top-notch cleaning services tailored to meet your specific needs. We offer an onsite carpet cleaning service which will leave your carpets clean and smelling fresh

Carpet should be professionally cleaned at least once or twice a year. If it is in a bedroom, once a year should be enough. If on the other hand it is placed in an area with heavy traffic, we would recommend to clean it at least twice a year.

Yes as standard practice, they are deep dry vacuumed from both sides including the fringe. Then the top side is washed with soap and disinfectant, scrubbed, rinsed and all contamination extracted with an industiral grade vaccum machine.

Normally they are dry within minutes. On heavily stained or dirty carpets, it may take a couple of hours to fully dry.

Mattresses FAQs

Do you clean mattresses from both sides?–+

Yes, every quote issued for mattress cleaning will include the cleaning from both sides.

As with sofa cleaning, manufacturers recommend a regular cleaning schedule once a year to diminish the accumulation of skin particles and possible dust mite infestation.

Curtains and Blinds FAQs

Are curtains cleaned by steam or water extraction?–+

At Cleanserv we only used the wet extraction method as it is the only proven method which will remove the dirt and dust accumulated on the curtains.

As with any other fabric, manufacturers recommend a regular cleaning schedule of at least once a year to diminish the accumulation of dust and bacteria.

At Cleanserv we do not offer a laundry service. Hence all curtain and blind cleaning work is carried out onsite while still hanging in place.

Our cleaning methods involves three main stages.
A. The application of disinfectants and soil emulsifiers
B. Steaming as necessary
C. Extraction by means of wet extraction vacuum machine

Normally blinds are dry within a few minutes. Curtains will be fully dry within a few hours.
